3. Coins and Purchases

Coin AcquisitionCoins are exclusively available for purchase through the primary loyalty app associated with the Service.
Coin Usage Coins hold no monetary value and can only be used within the confines of the Service.
Ticket Availability The purchase of tickets using coins is subject to the availability of the tickets.

4. Raffle Draws

Draw Schedule Raffle draws occur every Sunday at 8:00 PM UAE time.
Winner Selection Winners are chosen at random and will be notified through the app/website.
Finality of Results The results of the raffle draws are considered conclusive, and no disputes or appeals will be entertained.

5.Prizes

Prize Tiers : Raffle draw prizes consist of the following tiers

First Prize: AED 10,000
Second Prize: AED 5,000
Third Prize: AED 1,000

Mega Raffle: Additionally, a Mega Raffle Prize of AED 10,000 will be awarded once a month, contributing to a yearly total of AED 10,000 * 12.

Non-Exchangeability: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for monetary compensation.

6.Payments

Payment Processing: All transactions involving the purchase of coins are handled through the Stripe payment gateway.
Payment Information: By making payments, you confirm the provision of accurate and valid payment details.
Credit Card Information: Please note that we do not store any credit card information on our servers.

7.Intellectual Property

Ownership : The content and materials found on the app/website are either owned by us or licensed to us.
Usage Restrictions : Without obtaining explicit permission, you are prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing any content from the app/website.

8.Limitation of Liability

Service Usage : We are not held liable for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from your use of the Service.
Service Reliability : We do not guarantee the continuous availability, accuracy, or performance of the Service.

9.Termination

We retain the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion and without prior notice, should there be a violation of these terms or for any other reason.

10.Governing Law

a. Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

b. Dispute Resolution:Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the UAE.
